- Number of bluescreens on this endpoint (small number shows trend from two weeks ago)

## Measurement

In the **Measurement** section, you can see a list of all installed apps of the endpoint in the selected time period, sorted by the number of app crashes (descending) by default. If an application has sub-processes, these can be viewed via the drop-down arrow next to the application name. Here you'll find an explanation of the [table functions](https://help.baramundi.cloud/en/article/table-functions).

- Number of app crashes
- Trend (the change compared to the past period)
- Time of last app crash
- Last crashing app version
- Number of app hangs on the endpoint
- Trend (the change compared to the past period)
- Time of the last app hang
- Last hanging app version

## Analysis

In the analysis section, the following areas are available in the tabs on the selection to the left:

#### **App crashes and app hangs**

- How many applications are installed on this endpoint?
- How many applications are affected by the event on the selected endpoint?
- How many events were there in total, and what is the trend (small number) compared to two weeks prior?
- How many events were there on average per day, and what is the trend (small number) compared to two weeks prior?

#### **Blue Screens**

Here you can see how many blue screens have occurred in the selected period as well as the trend (small number) compared with the status two weeks previously. In addition the ambient average is displayed: This shows the average number of blue screens within the entire environment.

### Detail views

Below that is the detailed view of the selected event.

> **Note**
>
>
> If there is a selection menu for the time period in the top right-hand corner of a graphic, you can set it separately for this graphic. Otherwise, the time period selected in the **Measurement** area is used. The time span within a graph can be changed by using the mouse wheel (zoom in/out) or the **zoom bars** at the top and right.

#### **App crashes and app hangs per day**

On the left-hand side, you can see the graphical progression of app crashes or hangs over the selected time period. The time period is the same as that selected in the «Measurement» section. By zooming with the mouse wheel or using the scroll bar at the top you select the desired time section. Hovering with the mouse over a point in the graphic gives you detailed information on the frequency and date of the event via a tooltip. By clicking on a point in the graph, you can see the details of the applications and events on the right.

In the left section, you will see all apps listed with the number of crashes or hangs in the selected period. The time period can be selected separately here. The top app is selected by default. Depending on which application you select on the left-hand side, you will see its detailed history displayed on the right-hand side of the diagram. There you can select the desired time section by zooming with the mouse wheel or using the scroll bar. Hovering with the mouse over a point in the graph gives you detailed information on the frequency and date of the event via a tooltip.

#### **Blue Screens**

The **Blue Screens per day** diagram shows you the history in the selected time period as well as the number of blue screens that occurred per day at the selected endpoint. Change the time period as required: Select the desired time period by zooming with the mouse wheel or using the scroll bar at the top. Hovering with the mouse over the line in the graphic gives you detailed information on the frequency and date of the event via a tooltip. After clicking on a day, a list appears below the diagram with the bug check codes that occurred on that day as well as the bug check name and associated parameters. An (external) link takes you to the corresponding reference at Microsoft.
