Email notifications
Automatic email notifications keep you informed about critical licensing events and help you respond in a timely manner to bottlenecks, reached licensing limits, or expiring license packages.
The system automatically notifies company administrators of critical events. Each notification is sent once per threshold violation. If the threshold is exceeded again after recovery, a new notification is triggered.
These include:
- Pool capacity: low available license counts, exhausted or over-allocated license pools (Essential licenses and each add-on separately)
- Environment quota: environment limits reached (for fixed quotas) (only in custom mode)
- License package expiration: expiring or expired license packages
Each notification contains a direct link to license management.
